Copyright

Report material on SaaufAI that infringes your copyright, or send a counter-notice if your material was removed by mistake. This is our process under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the EU Digital Services Act. A person reviews every submission.

How it works

  1. You send a notice with the form below. We email you a copy and a reference.
  2. We review it. If it is complete and well-founded, we remove or disable the material and tell the person concerned why. If something is missing, we tell you what.
  3. They may send a counter-notice if they believe it was a mistake. We forward it to you, with their contact details.
  4. We restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding it, unless you tell us first that you have filed a court action.

Accounts with 3 upheld notices in 365 days are disabled under our repeat infringer policy. Before you send a notice, consider whether the use may be allowed, for example as fair use or under a copyright exception. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

SaaufAI does not host AI models. Output from the API or Playground is generated by the upstream provider and not stored by us, so we usually can't remove it; we may still act against an account that misuses the Service.

Your data

We keep notices and counter-notices for 3 years after they are handled, in case of a dispute. We send a copy of a notice, with your name and organisation but not your address or phone number, to the person whose material it concerns. A counter-notice is forwarded in full to the sender of the original notice, as the law requires. We may also share notices with authorities where the law requires. See the Privacy Policy and Notices and appeals.
