Getting help

The help Wisp in the corner, and other ways to get answers.

On public pages, a small Wisp peeks from the bottom-right corner. Click it and ask anything about SaaufAI: models, prices, the API, Wisps or your account.

When a page would help, it offers to open it. Nothing opens until you press Yes.
  • It knows what's on the site and on the page you're looking at. It can't see your account, keys or Wisps.
  • It can ask you Yes/No questions and open pages for you.
  • It only answers questions about SaaufAI, and has a limit of a few messages every 10 minutes. For anything else, try models in the Playground.
