Memory, tasks and proactivity

What your Wisp remembers, scheduled work, and checking in on its own.

Memory

Tell your Wisp something worth keeping (“My dentist is Dr Kowalski”) and it saves it. Open ••• → Memory to read every memory and press × to make it forget one.

Tasks and reminders

Ask in plain words: “Remind me every Friday at 9 to send the invoice” or “Check the news on solar prices each morning and send me a short summary”. Open ••• → Activity & tasks to see what's scheduled and when it runs next, and to run, pause or cancel a task.

Proactivity

SettingWhat it does
Only when askedWorks when you message it, an email arrives or a task is due.
Daily check-inOnce a day it looks over your inbox, tasks and apps and tells you what's worth a look.
Every few hoursEvery 6 hours: follows up on threads, spots deadlines, prepares what you'll need.
Always onEvery 2 hours. Most helpful, uses the most allowance.

When a check-in finds nothing worth saying, it stays quiet and leaves no message.

Sleeping Wisps

If you haven't visited SaaufAI for 2 days, your Wisps take a nap to save resources: scheduled tasks, check-ins and email replies wait. You get one email about it. Nothing is lost, and they wake up the next time you visit.
